Payment, Refund & Dispute Policy
- Deposit & Payment Terms Projects with a total contract value exceeding $2,500 require a nonrefundable deposit equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total project cost prior to commencement of work. Remaining balances are due pursuant to the issued invoice. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or non delivery of services.
- Service/Project delivery timelines vary based on scope, complexity, revisions, and client responsiveness. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the average turnaround time is approximately two (2) business days. All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Refund Policy All services are custom and made to order. No refunds will be issued once work has been completed, delivered, or approved.
- Deposits and payments are strictly nonrefundable.
- Dispute & Chargeback Policy Any disputes or requests for correction must be submitted in writing within three (3) calendar days of delivery to Jermainedale@jayhunnitsuperiordesignsllc.com. After this period, the project shall be deemed accepted in full. Unauthorized chargebacks may be contested using proof of delivery, communications, and work files. By submitting payment or authorizing services via engagement letter, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms
